EDC Las Vegas 2013

Thousands of people know and love E.D.C. while others still don't know what it is or what it's about, so I thought I'll make a post to describe it.
Electric Daisy Carnival is one of the many events from Insomniac by founder Pasquale Rotella. It's such a beautiful event with beautiful peaceful people that all we want is to enjoy the amazing music by multiple well known or brand new DJs and to enjoy all the cute crazy things that Pasquale brings to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway as entertainment.
It's SUPER cute and loving for couples:
My boyfriend and I at one of the many cute locations where you can marry the love of your life or just make week commitments.
This year he had many amazing artist making beautiful art work throughout the 3 days in front of our eyes and this is one of them. I wish I remembered the guys name because this is breathtaking!
I would love to post more things about E.D.C. but honestly I don't think I would even finish lol there are so many beautiful/amazing things and I have sooooo many pictures that I'll just post them & let you admire an amazing even that maybe one day you'll be able to attend.

Class of 2013

Congratulations! You're finally done with high school and it's something you won't forget for the rest of your life. It's a whole new step and your first actual graduation before going onto college. Now it's time for life to get even harder with even more responsibilities. Time for college, a schedule of classes that we decided and realizing how we're much closer to our careers of choice.
I was part of the Francisco Bravo Medical Magnet Graduating Class of 2012. And there are so many things I wish people would have told me before I got there.
Mainly, save/make money! I graduated with the plan of attending Cal State East Bay with my boyfriend. But being the first of my family to attend a university I had no idea how to apply for FAFSA with my parents tax returns. And with my parents making almost $60k I was considered the daughter of a high middle class economic family. So with this with my FAFSA paper work not being complete, I had to pay $2k in order to get a spot in the dorms. But sadly my parents weren't helpful and I didn't have even close to that amount of money saved. So sadly, my boyfriend being with only his single mother qualified to give a lower amount to maintain a dorm and that's how our long distance relationship began.
Many would say, "why didn't you get a apartment with your boyfriend?" And I would have loved to but I feel that it isn't the right way to start your education away from your family. I'm not a big family person but still, honestly we always hear about couples breaking up when going to college together, so I simply didn't want to take that risk.
So now I go to Los Angeles Trade Tech. which I've been attending since my freshman year of high school and it's a decent community college and well I just focus on my classes and work. Take 15-18 units that are only UC credit classes and work on my free days. It's very tiring but worth it because now I have my beautiful car that I'm paying on my own.

Work hard and don't always just think of yourself, think of your current and future family. In the end, it's always worth the effort.

I know some couples only celebrate every year instead of monthly, but we just do cute little details for each other every months to remind ourselves of how grateful we are for one another. We're a long distance relationship due to financial reasons that I couldn't attend the school we both had planned during our senior year in high school. So to me, every month is a great one knowing that I'm with a guy that's absolutely perfect to me.
This post is just to give some couples a few simple gifts that you can give each other on any occasion. A few months back I gave him coupons lol :)
I didn't use these but I made my own from pink flashcards and made some like these but also some personal naughty ones for his liking. But I think these are super cute and wish I would have found these when I was searching awhile back. These are from Homemade Gifts Made Easy and they also give you cute ideas on how to make a booklet with them. So check it out love birds :) <3
Another thing I've done is make him a goodie bag with the junk food he likes but in small portions so he can take with him to school. And with every item in the bag there was a sticky note on it writing a memory that we've shared with the item that was in the bag [etc. how he would always buy me brownies while in high school because i would always be hungry lol]. It's the little moments and details that add up and make everything great.
Try these little things for an anniversary or just a random cute thing to do to your loved one, they'll surely appreciate it. :)

please & thank you :)

I've decided to start blogging about health, workouts, fashion, beauty, education, and organization tips. I know it'll take up time from my day but it's something that will keep me distracted from my stress. Besides summer is coming  up so many of us will be more available :)
So now many of us who are in high school or college are in or about to get into finals. Not the best but very close to the end of our school year now. Just need to be better organized with what we need to focus on in our studies and try to still find ways to relax and take care of ourselves.
Now I highly recommend this candle that I'm smelling at the moment:
From Bath & Body Works. Aromatherapy Stress Relief. It smells amazing and it honestly does help you relax and relieve some stress. They also have it as a lotion, body wash, etc. But what's really great about Bath & Body Works is that they have a 100% money back guarantee! I've bought candles that don't have any scent, returned it used explaining the lack of smell, and got my money back without any issues. So try it, you honestly don't have anything to lose and they always have great deals! The candles are usually $20.00 but sometimes they have a special of 2 three-wick candles for $22.00! It's like paying $2.00 for another extra candle of your choice.
