EDC Las Vegas 2013

Thousands of people know and love E.D.C. while others still don't know what it is or what it's about, so I thought I'll make a post to describe it.
Electric Daisy Carnival is one of the many events from Insomniac by founder Pasquale Rotella. It's such a beautiful event with beautiful peaceful people that all we want is to enjoy the amazing music by multiple well known or brand new DJs and to enjoy all the cute crazy things that Pasquale brings to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway as entertainment.
It's SUPER cute and loving for couples:
My boyfriend and I at one of the many cute locations where you can marry the love of your life or just make week commitments.
This year he had many amazing artist making beautiful art work throughout the 3 days in front of our eyes and this is one of them. I wish I remembered the guys name because this is breathtaking!

I would love to post more things about E.D.C. but honestly I don't think I would even finish lol there are so many beautiful/amazing things and I have sooooo many pictures that I'll just post them & let you admire an amazing even that maybe one day you'll be able to attend.

Class of 2013

Congratulations! You're finally done with high school and it's something you won't forget for the rest of your life. It's a whole new step and your first actual graduation before going onto college. Now it's time for life to get even harder with even more responsibilities. Time for college, a schedule of classes that we decided and realizing how we're much closer to our careers of choice.
I was part of the Francisco Bravo Medical Magnet Graduating Class of 2012. And there are so many things I wish people would have told me before I got there.
Mainly, save/make money! I graduated with the plan of attending Cal State East Bay with my boyfriend. But being the first of my family to attend a university I had no idea how to apply for FAFSA with my parents tax returns. And with my parents making almost $60k I was considered the daughter of a high middle class economic family. So with this with my FAFSA paper work not being complete, I had to pay $2k in order to get a spot in the dorms. But sadly my parents weren't helpful and I didn't have even close to that amount of money saved. So sadly, my boyfriend being with only his single mother qualified to give a lower amount to maintain a dorm and that's how our long distance relationship began.
Many would say, "why didn't you get a apartment with your boyfriend?" And I would have loved to but I feel that it isn't the right way to start your education away from your family. I'm not a big family person but still, honestly we always hear about couples breaking up when going to college together, so I simply didn't want to take that risk.
So now I go to Los Angeles Trade Tech. which I've been attending since my freshman year of high school and it's a decent community college and well I just focus on my classes and work. Take 15-18 units that are only UC credit classes and work on my free days. It's very tiring but worth it because now I have my beautiful car that I'm paying on my own.

Work hard and don't always just think of yourself, think of your current and future family. In the end, it's always worth the effort.

Love,
